How Does Remote Phone Listening Future Work?

Posted

Make a spy call to the target phone running SPYPHONE and listen in to the phones surroundings. This does not allow you to listen to the phone conversation in progress. Please check Call interception for Call Tapping feature.

The phone with SPYERA SPYPHONE on it is the target phone. The phone you make spy calls from is the monitor phone. When you call the target phone from the monitor phone, the target phone will answer the call, letting you listen to the phones surroundings. We call SPYCALL for this feature. If the phone is busy or a key is pressed, the spy call will be disconnected, and the target will be none the wiser.

SpyCall mode can be remotely turned on or off at any time. When turning on, it will work only for the number of the phone (the Monitor) that is sending the command. SpyCall is an absolutely normal call, except that it will be automatically answered on the Target without ringing or showing any Caller ID or overt indication of an incoming call. Then this incoming call is deleted from the Call Log history.

This also means you will want to MUTE the mic on your Monitor phone, so the other side will not hear anything coming from your end. There is a mute function from the active call menu (after the call is initially connected), or you can use a headset with mute button, or even just use a wired headset and cut the wire to the mic so you never have to worry about it.

If SpyCall is connected and a second call comes in to the Target, in order to avoid the “Call Waiting” message both calls are immediately rejected (disconnected). The 2nd incoming call might continue to ring through sometimes or they will hear the call rejected (busy) tone and would just have to call back again. Either way your SpyCall will drop before the screen display would be able to show your connected call.

During the SpyCall, if the Target user attempts to use the phone by pushing any buttons, the SpyCall is then immediately dropped as well. This prevents the software from interfering with normal use of the phone, and always prevents the screen display from lighting up and showing that a call is connected. SpyCall remains discreet and hidden that way.

What if the target phone is turned off?

This is a very common question, and I am really not sure why we get it. If a phone is truly off, it can’t work any more than if you were to remove the battery. There is NO product that will work when the phone is off.

How could it?

Now…I think there is a misconception perpetuated by another company out there, saying that their products will still work even when the phone is off. I don’t remember who claims this, but they are not being exactly honest about it. What they do is fool the user into only believing they have shut their phone off. In reality the phone is still on and only appears to be off, so yeah you could still perform functions in that case. We think this is a bad idea, because if you think that your phone is off then you don’t expect it to be using any battery power, and then you’ll think something is wrong with your phone when you see it needs charging after being “off” all night. Then straight-away you’ve got a suspicious Target user, or they will take it to a service center to get checked and probably have it reformatted (wiping all software), or may just trade it for a different phone. Either way that’s going to be a problem. There’s a short life on that trick, and its pretty malicious to.

With Blackberry in particular, the phone is not completely turned off when you manually power it down, rather it goes into a sort of very low-powered standby mode. But in this “off” mode the radio, display and audio circuitry are all shut down, so there is no possiblity of making any type of phone call when its off. Its not communicating with any cell towers or initiating any functions. Off is OFF for all intents and purposes.

Don’t believe claims by other companies that their products work when a phone is off. That’s kind of a marketing scam. Ask them if it will work without a battery…or when the battery is DEAD, because that’s what will happen after just a day or so when the user is tricked into thinking he powered it off and isn’t keeping it on the charger.
