You may install the software as many times as you like (Only for INTERNET editions),on any compatible phone. However, a single key may beactive on only one device at a time.

If you wish to monitor several phones at the same time,you will need to purchase additional licenses. Discountsmay be available.

If you wish to move the software to another phone,you must first DEACTIVATE (Only avaliable for Internet editions ) it from thesecret settings / Options menu. This will deactivatethe key and free it to be installed on another compatibledevice. Please make sure the new phone is on our listof supported devices before installing http://spyera.com/compatibility

Deactivating the key will delete any logs current inyour web account, so please download and save anything you want to keep before deactivating the key.

If you no longer have access to the phone and needto DEACTIVATE, you may request us to do this for youafter you have downloaded everything you want to save.Please request this ONLY IF YOU NO LONGER HAVEACCES TO THE PHONE. You will receive an email with all of your account details, including the web site address to download the software from. The software must be downloaded directly to the Target phone itself, using the phone’s web browser. It cannot be installed remotely.

SPYPHONE is never installed to the SIM card. While it is possible to install SPYPHONE to a separate memory card, we recommend against this. SPYPHONE should be installed directly to the phone itself. This is the only way the program will be secured to function properly and also remain hidden. Memory cards are often used as a temporary storage space; they are easy to be reformatted, removed or swapped out with another when it gets full. If SPYPHONE is installed to a memory card then it is much more liable to be removed, or create a situation where the user could become aware of the application.

You cannot. You must have the Target phone physically in your hands for about 3-4 minutes. You must have GPRS Internet access on the phone and use its own browser to connect to our web site and download the software re directly into the phone. The process is not difficult and the manual offers step by step instructions with screen shots. We also have flash animations you can watch before the process begins.
